Allison Margolin is an American attorney from Beverly Hills, CA. After graduating, she transitioned into her role as a criminal defense attorney, advocating relentlessly for her clients.
Over the past two decades, Margolin has handled a diverse range of cases in both state and federal courts. She began her legal career representing people with terminal diseases who were facing criminal charges for marijuana activity. By 2008, she had a reputation for getting cases dismissed, and for recovering marijuana plants that had been seized by the police. Her caseload has included various criminal cases, from marijuana-related offenses to murder, as well as DUIs, kidnapping, sexual battery, forgery, theft, burglary, and robbery cases.
